The location offered easy access to many attractions. A supermarket nearby provided convenience. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and included a comfortable bed. Everything I needed was available .
I found it difficult to contact the hotel owner to arrange for baggage drop before the official check-in time. The phone number listed did not answer. Cleaners luckily arrived at 11 AM so I could leave my luggage before exploring.

The apartment decor was cute! I found complimentary port and pastel de nata upon arrival. I appreciated that staff let me store bags after checkout. This enabled additional exploration before departure.
I noticed the pastries and port weren't replenished daily, a small disappointment.

the location has a great view of the parliament building. it was also suitable for walking and city exploration. i used the local bus to travel to the upper part of the city and then walked down.
room 7 shower is antiquated and should be disposed of. there was no thermostat control, so it was hard to get a comfortable temperature. the wash basin also has two tap system, it had no temperature control, either.

The apartment size was acceptable and provided enough space.
The shower in room 7 was antiquated it should be replaced. Temperature control was difficult and the controls were stiff. Contacting the hotel owner to arrange baggage drop before check-in proved impossible the provided phone number did not answer.

The room was spacious and clean. It had all available comforts including a kitchen area. The hotel location is close to restaurants and the city center though it is easily accessible by different modes of transportation. I found the staff excellent and very helpful.
I had difficulty contacting the hotel owner to arrange baggage drop. The phone number provided did not answer! Fortunately the cleaners arrived early, so we could leave our luggage before enjoying the town.

the location was good, near many local cafes.
The room wasn't cleaned one day, so i put up the do not disturb sign. then, i received both a phone call and an email about the sign. It defeats the purpose. also, the reception area is often unstaffed.
